Have you tried diet after diet only to find that they don't really accomplish what you want?

It's time to take an entirely different approach at the way you look at, treat, and think about your body.
We will focus on what's going on inside and why your subconscious mind is giving your body instructions to look the way that it does.
Once these instructions are brought to light, they can be healed and transformed. Beliefs that you have about yourself, both conscious and unconscious, can be worked on to create lasting change.
Each class will be interactive, have plenty of time for audience participation, questions, and personal responses. Courses are held in English.

Week 1 January 11, 7:00pm - 9:30pm
Relationships
This week we will look closely at your relationship with food and what nurturing yourself is like for you.

We will look at what food meant for you when growing up, and the importance placed on food while you were growing up.

We will look at what food means to those who came before you in your family, be it fear of not enough, control, or whatever else might come up. Was there famine or hunger experienced by you or those in your family line?

Week 2 January 18, 7:00pm - 9:30pm
Breathing
Believe it or not, the way you breathe has a deep and powerful effect on the way you think about yourself the the instructions your body uses to create a certain body shape.
Breathing in certain ways can energize your entire physical and emotional system to be more powerful, more efficient, and dispose of the instructions your body is using that tells it to hold onto weight.
Powerful in its own right, this class will also create a foundation that will hold your system steady through transformations of future weeks.

Using ancient and modern techniques, some which have been around for millennia, and some that are relatively new, some that are part of ancient wisdom, and some that have been scientifically proven to clear toxins from the blood, you will learn new forms of breathing and learn to look at breathing as the life-giving process that it is.

Week 3 January 25 , 7:00pm - 9:30pm
Crying & Emotions
Weight carries with it deep and powerful emotions. Your body is physically holding on to something, but your mind is creating a physical barrier around you to protect these fragile parts of you.
When we bring light to these powerful emotions, when we look at them gently, they no longer have to be so fragile, and your body will begin to work on a new set of instructions.

Living, Loving, and Happiness
After the cleansing of week 3, the time comes to re-create your system of living the way you want, loving when, how, and whom you want, and allowing yourself to be happy whenever, and however you want.
We will cover:

Childhood Wounding
We will look deeply at childhood experiences that formed your beliefs about food and what it means for you to accept nourishment.
- We will look at how you shaped your beliefs around food, what food means to you, and how you think about food.
- We will look at the emotions born out of childhood experiences that often persist for a lifetime, especially hatred, anger, resentment, and the feeling of powerlessness over yourself and the world around you.
- We will look at how you nourish yourself and how you were nourished when you were younger, with regards to food and also the general way you were treated.
- You will receive written materials of everything that is covered
Week 6 February 22 , 7:00pm - 9:30pm
Create Your World
What do you truly want out of life? Is a certain body shape the end goal, or just the beginning? How will you feel when you look the way you want to look? What will you spend your time thinking about when you don't need to think about food and diet so much? Or would you prefer they continue to take up so much of your time and energy?
We will truly help you feel a new kind of you, including but not limited to the emotions you feel daily, the way you interact with people, the way you think about yourself and others, and how you truly choose to move forward in your life so that you no longer have to be stuck in old thought patterns.

Absolutely not.
Will you monitor my diet?
Your diet is up to you. We'll talk a bit about diet, but that's not the major focus.
Will you give me positive feedback for losing weight, and negative feedback for not losing weight?
Absolutely not.
This course is about helping you look deeply at what's going on in your life, how you got here, and clearing out both conscious and hidden belief systems of the mind, and instructions of your body that you might look the way you want don't to. There is no pressure from the group and there will be no one monitoring your weight. Your life is up to you. This course is about giving your life back to you. I will not ever, to the best of my ability, try to take control of your life away from you or in any way judge where you are or what your path is.
Great, so you won't judge me. How will I lose weight if we don't talk about diet or monitor my weight gains and losses?
The basic premise of this course is that weight is less about weight than many people tend to think. We will look at origins why your body is the way it is now, beliefs about food and what eating means for you.
You are allowed to be any weight you want to be, to have any body shape you want to have. The question is, if you don't look the way that you want, what's going on in your life, what are the deep-rooted beliefs that are so powerful and have been around for so long that you look this way?
What's going on that you may eat when you don't want to? What's going on that you may feel guilt or hatred when you eat? Why has your body shaped itself the way it has, if your conscious mind says "I want to look a different way" ?
While basic common knowledge may dictate that weight is a simple calories in, calories out equation, recent studies, as well as long-time beliefs of some experts, conclude that your body shape and your weight have more to do about your thoughts about yourself and your food, and is also strongly influenced by trauma, childhood or otherwise, as well as weight of those in your family. While genetics may play a role, family loyalty, it is shown, may play an even larger role.
These are the issues we will deeply explore.
Are you saying it doesn't matter what I eat?
I'm saying that what you eat, how much you eat, and how you feel about what you eat is based on a number of factors, both conscious and unconscious. I'm saying that the instructions your body has for creating the way it looks is based on programming that we will bring to conscious awareness for transformation.
I'm saying that looking at the food you eat without looking at deeper causes of what's going on is not the complete picture. There is more than enough information out there about diet. Rather than offering the same or similar information in a new package, I'm creating a course that will look not only at food, but at belief systems, and everything in your life that's brought you to where you are today, as well trauma in your family line that may be affecting you to this day.
Do you guarantee results?
I guarantee that we will look deeply, gently, and in a powerfully healing way, at who you are and what's going on inside. I don't guarantee weight change in a given period of time. Once you create changes inside, your body will reflect that change in an amount of time that's right for you.
You keep saying weight will change when beliefs change. What are some reasons people are heavy?
Protection, both physical and emotional. Lack of food at some point in your life or in your family line. Covering up emotional pains. Hiding your true self because it's dangerous to be out in the world. Terror of being hurt or killed. The thought of being small, or taking up less space, is terrifying. Holding a family together, or the belief that you need to, and needing physical and emotional "weight" to keep the family going. Experiences of war or abuse, by you or your family line, often directly influence your weight, due to the emotions that continue to be carried, often for generations.
This is just the beginning. No phrase can define you, but one or some of these may be a starting point for looking at what's going on in your life and your family line.
Why should I believe in you?
You shouldn't. You should believe in you. My goal of this workshop is to create a stronger sense of self within you, that can create the you that you've always wanted.
I don't want any of this new-age mumbo-jumbo. I just want to lose weight.
My perspective is that with weight comes powerful belief systems and memories that won't let go. I work to change, grow, and evolve the core of your being and the root of what's going on inside of you. If you believe that your body shape is only about your diet, and that there aren't deeper causes of your lifestyle and beliefs about yourself, then there are many programs to choose from focusing on diet and positive reinforcement surrounding the food you eat.
I've found over the years that there are deeper causes, within yourself, or sometimes going back generations in your family line. And so this is what I offer. But there are plenty of ideas and methods out there. Which ideas feel right to you?
Who are you and what is your training?
I am Gregory Goltsov, born in Moldova, grew up in Massachusetts, an oleh in Jerusalem since 2003. I've been studying and practicing holistic healing methods since 1999.
I am a Reiki Master, Johrei Practitioner, and Psych-k Advanced Practitioner. I have also studied Quantum Touch, and trained for 2 years at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, the largest and most comprehensive school of energy healing in the United States and Europe.
I see people privately for a wide range of work, and have been giving workshops in Jerusalem for three years.
Prior to holistic healing work, I worked as a mediator for the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts. I was also trained in and subsequently trained others in crisis counseling.
As a graduate of Brandeis University, I am deeply aware of just how much the intellectual world gives us, as well as some of its limitations. It was in the search of helping people on a level beyond the intellectual that I discovered my life's passion.
